Sophia I am so sorry I bought this phone, there are very few extra features available, and somethings are possitively awful, like the fact that you can't make it call very long, nor very loud, since the volume, even on the highest level only slowly increases. The dials are hard to press, and annoyingly small. All in all, the worst phone I've ever had. I will never buy alcatel again

erm.. erm... not good!! I thinks that's it for today!!! I recommend Nokia 6230 or 7610(though it's bulky).
BOB i recon it good that they have made a non camera phone with java and 64k colour screen as the 835 and the 756 are going to be expencive

Peter Meczes Hi there. When our family go out to Lanzarote we keep in touch with everybody by using our Alcatel mobile linked to the local service providers. We are very impressed with the phone and are only, after several weeks, beginning to realise some of the features. If we could only get hold of the Instructions in English (instead of the Spanish ones) we might be able to use it properly. Can you help us? We also need to get an English charger for it,so we can charge it up over here as well as when we are abroad. Kind regards,
