I can understand that you are disapointed in Siemens phones.But not all siemens phones have software problems or greeze.
I got mine EL 71 opal-black and so far no problems at all. Everything is working fine.You should contact Benq-Siemens and explain the problems, maybe they send you another EL71 or at least solve your problem. I wish you all the best. Mybe a software update will help.
ixia One question for all the EL71 users: what about the keypad? I'm a bit worried that it will wear off after a month or two. It seems too "fluffy"... any experience?
