sam dez go to - (Tools) then (Connectivity) - then preen (OK). go to (Settings. turn on bluetooth then go down to My handset visibility and change it to (Hidden). hope that helps. good luck

ali For all those ppl who have had trouble connecting their lg u8360 to their comp. I myself have had the same problem. All u have to do after installing the PC Sync and the LG Phone Manager is restart ur phone then connect it TO the usb. Then Go to the phone manager and press connect. It should now connect
