Kiki I love this phone. It's my first flip phone, and I loved it at first sight. The colour is beautiful, and it's nice a generally nice phone. It's annoying I can't change themes though. I can't work out how to put mp3's on, so if anyone has tips... The camera is positioned well (better then where it was on the other LG phones), but it's a little pixilated for me. Otherwise, I love it.

graham Amanda,you have LG8138 a Great phone! i took out my sim from the New LG8380 compaired all LG phones side by side with my 8138 & 8110. I called 3 to complain about the service Beleive me when i say I click on "Triangle key" and both programs were different under 3 service. But LG is different E.g send a message - New 8380 takes longer to correct message before you send. I'm not a programer but they have changed the internal workings on 8380 for the worse. But you will notice the difference when you buy one. I guess in changing the camera location everything else inside is changed. Not impressed!!!! I may go back to using 8138 (and through this 8380 in the draw). Its funny When you change staff they need to change something even if its worse.
Graham Ayman, No there has been changes to the guts of the New LG phone no mater what is said, I know because i now own LGU8380. Within the 14 free day look period i had to change it. So my new exchange 8380 is here on Wednesday 26th oct. The triangle 3 button "service on my phone" is scrambled in both 2g area and 3g. So i know that the workings are different in these new 8380 phones. LG listern - Improve your phone look and add new stuff BUT DON'T change things that are perfect, Try using your phones more like myself the people who buy them.
sal does this phone except aac music files and if it does could someone tell me a website to convert mp3 to aac
