anonymous OK, it's a very fine phone. It runs on linux. It has normal speed and normal startup time and all that stuff. It's a great phone! I use it for... not even one month and I found out this:
The IM doesn't support MSN Messenger nor Yahoo nor Google talk!
This so-called "Linux" smartphone doesn't even run "Linux" programs(.bin, auto-installers, .package)!
Motorola doesn't even have online support(email) person-to-person!
Motorola has left out their mobile phones. They didn't even have this phone on their mobile phone list!
There's no-one you can talk to about problems
This phone doesn't really recognize any file types except for those excel and all that stuff...
You can't update real player to play other formats!
The so called "mini" browser doesn't let you switch to mobile mode(to get pages to show their mobile page instead of loading a great big page costing money)
It can't "load" or "play" java applications that are .class... only .jar
Oh yea, if anyone can solve my problem on how I can use a linux program please email me :P I can't email motorola because they don't have support(as listed above)
Asuka The phone is excellent, with all the features and cool look. plus, it's linux. the only disappointing part is the battery. runs out pretty soon.

Than if ound some negative factors
Camera only vga its picture has a bad quality better SEk700i
The screen is hard to press
Easly get scratch
The sound is not so good
Memory like tio be corrupted
Screen only has 65thousand colour
So for photo/video display is not so good
better buy Se w550i,K750i
The phone is cheaper but doesnty meant cheaper has bad quality
sound is great both phone when i hhear from mycousin phone
Camera is not vga again 1.3megapixel and 2 megapixel (with auto foucus)
The battery has 400standby with 9 haours talking time compare with E680i only had 3 hours talktime with 150 talk time
So dont waste your money to buy this phone >>>just choose othe brand

Morter i had been looking for this phone few months ago. but when i worked out on symbian, i came to know it is the best OS in mobile phones and Nokia is their best source!
i first bought Nokia 6670 then 6630. both of these phones are best to customize them according to your requirements.
a suggestion to all ... buy Nokia symbian if really want a "smart" phone!

passerby 2 zeeessshhhhh .....ya it has handwriting recognition....eng & chi.....it is a very great phone....no problem.....good stereo speaker .....oh ya...the only disadvantage is the camera....not very clear but it can watch video...rm format... very very clear ...and the screen is big
