simon 5 years ago is a long time and where most people will say they buy nokia now is because it is a easy phone to use .so 5 years ago a nokia was hard to get around the menu,now it is much easier ,5 years ago motorolas where hard to get around but the difference now is they are still hard to get around they need to make their phones more user friendly and if you buy are smart phone you pretty well know what is expected of you to be able to use its functions but less is expected of your average handset which also motorola have not yet worked out.
love you would think moto would be smart enough for them to make the boot smaller but apparently not this is why the phone is so butt ugly

Darren B (UK) Hi, I'm in th UK and currently have A Razr V3 Black which I've had a couple of years and is suffering from wear and tear.
The reasons why I like my Razr other than looking slick, it's reletivly small, and reliable. The menu has a proper key lock (pin code to unlock the keyboard) and also allows me to just lock certain apps (in my case Messaging is always locked). I also like the being able to put my most used options on the main dial so I have one touch access to "call-list", "messaging" and my "alarm clock". And Finally, I prefer clam-shell phones, but could be puruaded to go to a slider. I'm a photographer, so the camera-phone element doesn't appeal to me. MP3 might be interesting, but then what do I do with my iPod and esure headphones
What I would like to know is if the current crop of mobiles have these features or will I have to stay with Motorola, in particular wait for the KRZR to come out?
I just went to the phone shops to look at the Nokia phones mentioned here, they were non-working models so I couldn't check the menu system. So far I do not like the size of them, they are too bulky, and not very stylish.
Sony are releasing the Z610i which also looks interesting, but I remember the T68i interface was not very flexible, is it still the same?

Neel I think it will b more secured then Symbian coz it is mix of LINUX which is well known for its security & it has better graphics capability, And linux makes even a low specification machine run like Morice Green. And JAVA is well known for it application. so AS it IS MIX OF JAVA + LINUX it really can have some rocking features. Waiting to get my hand on my 1st JUIX phone
www.benink.uni.cc Personally, I think thats the most drop dead, gorgeous phone ever. It keeps what works from the rar style but makes it even more sleek. Plus the features arent half that bad for such a tiny phone. My ony omplaint is with the external screen, it needs a border like on prevous models. Also, why does everyone care so much about it not having a QVGA screen? What are you going to do on this phone that you need a higher resolution screen for?
