Unfortunately these steps are not described in detail in the users' manual. A big drawback for Motorola --- not user friendly!! Good luck

Arshad I have been using this mobile for last six months, it is great, really. light weight, easy messaging. the biggest negative in this mobile is 'one number per contact entry'... there is a great need of putting multiple entries under one phone entry/name - I, like many others, hate putting many numbers of a single person, therefore increasing the list of contacts...!! - Arshad
