Germany's major cities and communities all have been upgraded to HSDPA already. Japan also has got the standard. I'm sure many will follow as HSDPA is more cost-effective to roll out on existing WCDMA networks than on GPRS networks. There's a need for HSDPA handsets quickly, and it's backwards compatible with all WCDMA 2100 networks also, so just take it as another "WCDMA" phone.

borgis the main upgrade i noticed here is the hsdpa function which is about to be the standard for handsets globally. in our country hsdpa has already been implemented and can be used for internet browsing using your pc. vodafone somewhere in euro i believe has already released their first hsdpa handset from samsung. japan has hsdpa for docomo as their standard. and actually most hsdpa handsets announced recently claimed that it can handle up to 1.4 mbps. but this one claims it can handle up to 3.6mbps. honestly this is the first phone i saw with that capability that has been announced. i'm not sure with other brands. hsdpa is better than 3g and actually since 3g handsets has been released i never thought of going back to 2g or 2.5g anymore. probably once i get hold of one of hsdpa handsets (3.5g) maybe i won't go back to 3g anymore. just imagine you can download files from the web real fast. you can make video calls a lot clearer than regular 3g video calls can handle.

<unknown> is this really the v3xx? it doesnt look like any of the phones motorola is dishing out? it looks like the original razr. i dont think this photo is authentic...

<unknown> i love this fone

Aussie uu Looks great cant wait for it to come out. Great features.

Go Motorola

mebs and to add up bluetooth is more flexible and more convenient to use and you dont need to focus it directly to the port coz it is wireless connectivity...rather than infrared..that if you loose it to its range it will be easy for the device too loose its data transferring and much more annoying...

JOKER Nice phone, but how much is going to cost???
