I am very happy to send this short message concerning motorol phone [time port 280], i was send one from U.S.A by my friend and am in GHANA, but am having problem with the net-working, it can pick our networking, but my friend which send the phone say i will only bring the [freq] down to around [900or180 MHZ].
but they can do it in Ghana,i have try so many place in Ghana.
so i will like to know what to do.

Josh I have this phone with work, and it seems okay. Still a bit dull, motorola should make much better phones, compared to other makers they are still very dull and boring. The games on this are fairly bad. Tetris , pacman , space invaders would be KILLER games for phones! Blue backlit screens! Anyway, it seems alright, but nothing special.
