<unknown> This phone sucks. DON'T get it! I've had it replaced three times. The microphone and ear piece keep going out. It sucks.. Pick a different phone.
conor This phone was a great purchase for about 8 mos. Then the sound began to gradually decline in the ear piece. Eventually it got to low to understand the person I was talking to and I had to exchange it for a new one. Once again after about 8 mos. the volume has started to decline. I am swithing over to a nokia phone, as I have seen, they make the best products.

<unknown> I must be abnormal because I've had my phone for almost a year and have not had any problems. In fact my wife also has one and the only problem she has had is that my 2yr old son lost the antenna and someone stepped on it and cracked the top cover. Other than that the phone still works just fine.

Phone user I have had the phone for about a month and I love it. As for the people who complain about not having one touch dialing, it does. You just have to know how to use it. The phone book entry has to be saved to the phone not the sim for it to work. Anyway, reception is excellent and pictures are great compared to most phones. I highly reccommend it to anyone wanting a reasonably priced reliable phone.
Ron This happened to me to for a while. I couldn't hear anything out of my phone. I had to use the headset for a month, but the funniest thing happened after month and couple days, i was able to hear again from my phone. I don't know what had happened, but i was glad to hear out of it again. Hope the same can happen to your husbands. Goodluck
<unknown> dont watse your money unless you have loads of time to handle replacing it. zero reliabilty, and you cant fix it- just buy a new one. so much for my allegence to motorola, 3rd phone in 1 year.
