Travesty! I've had this phone for about 2 months and I have almost got it down. If anyone has any questions regarding web, or picture mail on the cingular service feel free to contact me. The questions that I have are as follows: 1) How do i group my friend, so I can assign ringtones. 2) like most people on here how do I change the clock from 24hr to 12hr? Thank for the help guys!

Harris it doesn't work bro, you cant connect it, if your using it for ringtones, i suggest you download midi off the internet on your computer and use your mobile phone tools cable and disk to upload pictures, or anytypes of media.
Harris hey melissa, i had the same problem with mine a little more than a year ago...im pretty sure its not the battery if you can't even power it back on with the charger connected. It should work without the battery with the charger connected to it...
