NEC e122 Review
Thomas I've got this phone and have been told I could get a USB lead to download photos made with the built-in cam, but I have no idea where to buy this. Anybody here in the know?

nooneyouknow With regards to the shortness of battery, I have experienced exactly the same thing with it going from half full to flat in less than 48 hours. Can I ask if you changed the simm card that came with the phone? I use Orange PAYG and wanted to keep my old number so changed simm. My husband has decided to take the phone back because of the shortness of battery so I put the simm back that came with the telephone. Since then the telephone has stayed fully charged, and this is around 36 hours later. Don't know if this is coincidence but if someone could shed some light would be grateful. Also, with new simm card it has come up with a 'G' in a green hexagon on the screen which it didn't have before, does anyone know what this means. TIA.

in ive got the phone and i think its good but the only thing thats bad is its not got bluetooth the most vital thing for a fone!
Ewan What an absolute piece of junk. Don't buy it, even at the low price it costs. No battery life, slow menus, cumbersome keying on a fiddly pad, mine keeps on resetting to defaults, the charger sounds like a kettle boiling and is not a good connection to the phone itself, the WAP is unsightly and unwieldy and the camera is a gimmick rather than a feature.
<unknown> I've been coming back to this site now and then since christmas and it seems like an awful lot of us (myself included) are having trouble with short lifespan of the battery. To date no-one seems to have the answer (so I've seen, with respect), so if someone could help we would all be extremely grateful. Could someone please also advise if they have gotten their battery to last more than two days - my average lifespan? Many thanks. I am with Orange so is there an option of ringing them re. sim card - could that be a problem for the phone? Sorry, just clutching at straws....
