bill Is there any way to get the L1/e949 software onto an i-mode version of the phone? I want to play mp3's as ringtones and I don't believe t-mobile supports i-mode?

I purchased it from Exotic cellular (best price on the web). When you get it, you must reset it to English (it comes in Chinese). A sexy phone which draw lots of complements. Only -ve is battery life is short...or annorexic (it is thin, like a supermodel!).. Battery cannot be removed.
<unknown> If it's the e949 then it's not the Imode version of the phone. The Imode version is the 412i !

please be specific in your problems why you said what you said...there is no good in venting out your anger to the phone if you can't defined clearly what upsets you.
and yes you have made your point, got your other phone etc...you could help a lot of people by being specific and wanting to have the problem fixed other than making tantrums.
