venky I went for 3120 6 months back. problems :
1)Low sound quality. 2)keypad is not convenient for elders. 3)Suddenly starts hanging and swithsh off. 4) HCL servece centre worked with this for 15 days and return in the same condition. 5) now planning to go for other phone. 6) There is voice recorder feature in the website , but you should contact Einstein to know the process. 7) service in india perticulatrly in chennai( HCL infinit) is worst( i don't have the other words)rather than the quality of the product. 8) Serveice centre guys feel like they are dealing with time machine and satelites.
zaeez jz bought this one around 2 weeks, found itz a great phone, others should read bout this phone's specs b4 buying itz, so u wont regret it after u buy it.the functions are very basic, but if it include dku5 cable, i believe it would be nicer from nokia.that's all.a tough hp too,indeed..

<unknown> this phone is riping all the pensioners my grandma has 19 and she was tricked, into buying the phones, now we have 19 phones and no one to call. to top it off, there is no camera, and no goldtooth. the only good feature is the blue light, like the polo dash.
