m It depends what you're looking for. I was looking for a phone to depend on, wich will WORK as a PHONE, not as camera. And that's exactly what I got. So I am satisfied. No BS on this phone, just a a phone wich you know you can depend on. It works.
Shadab i Just bought this 6021 recommended by my cell dealer whom i ve bought 5 sets in 1.5 yrs. n e ways it looks pretty simple to use, but i m confuse about memory it says 2.3 but 1.1 is already used..hmmm... bottom line is its a good phone within this price segment. take care bye

YJ I love this no non-sense phone. Serves me well. Only one small problem I face is the ring tone goes very soft once in a while. I have to switch off & on to fix it. Anyone had this problem?

I have a ringing problem with 6021. it will go from soft to loud in normal ringing mode( not ascending mode). this problem will only occur when its incoming call. I have gone to Nokia and they have replaced the ringing buzzer and had already flashed the software.
Do u guys have any ideas wats going on. I love this phone!
Cocinero32 There is a common problem which is the dust inside the screen. But you may easily open the case and clean it.
1. Open the back cover, you will found two lock at the bottom of both side. Just release them by push them.
2. There are two lock at the middle of each side too but you may release them by your fingertip without problem.
3. You should open the phone now and clean it.
But NEVER use alcohol to clean inside of the screen. It will melt the screen.
