Graham I have had my communicator less than a year before the screen broke down and was not readable, Nokia would not give me any garantee as I was working away and got to the shop a week or so later. Is this how Nokia's usual customer service? I am looking into a new model and think Sony Ericsson maybe the best way forward as the service from Nokia has been shocking!
