EHG Got this phone from T-Mobile less than one week ago. I am starting to regret it. I never seen a cell phone that freezes so much so quickly. I can rely on a total freeze and a reset every 30-60 minutes. This is garbage. Do not buy this phone, unless you like to reset your phone for no apparent reason every 30-60 minutes. I may try to convince T-Mobile dealer to exchange it for another, else I will demand my money back.

Hazett Maybe you try the Hard Reset thing.It always works but what do you mean up & running or is it just the screenpad backlight? If it is-there's a button to ON it -refer to Manual-this Treo takes time to get used to-cheers.
