Eric Muliza I have a brand new Sagem MC 396 cell phone but I can't dial out since I bought it. I can only receive calls and send sms. I have tried this and that but nothing has worked out for me. I realy like your brands, its good. Do you have any idea of how to overcome this problem? Please assist me, I'm very much stranded.

je felicite pour votre produit sagem je suis tunisien et je l utilise souvent sans probleme, seulement et durant 2 jours avant que je vous envois ce message, il m a passer un petit probleme que j ai pas reussi a le resoudre seul
et cela consiste que le GSM mc936 n arrive pas a communiquer (ni appel ni reception) pourtant il detecte bien le reseau.
