katie I loved this little phone. I'd had it about just over a year when I went to turn it on one morning, and it would only show a blank blue screen from then on. I took good care of this phone, I hadn't even dropped it! My guarantee had ran out so I got an upgrade to the VK530 model- big mistake! I've had even more problems with this new phone than I ever did with this one. Why don't they make phones to last anymore?! I know people with Nokia 3210's that still work!!
