As for some of the problems posted above: Samsung phones usually or at least the ones I've used, don't allow vibrate and ring tone at the same time. It usually vibrates first (about 4-5 times) then it starts playing whatever ring tone you have it set to.
My phone doesn't remain lit when charging. Maybe you guys can turn off the back light in the settings.
fat ass For missed calls etc. you can press the buttons on the left press and hold and the light flashes on and tells you youre missed calles and sms
