Henk No it doesn't, that's just YOUR phone you're talking about. Mine works just fine and has worked fine for the past 2 years. It even survived a 20 foot fall from a concrete stairs(no joke). And as for the poor resolution of the camera; you should've read the specs when you bought the damn phone!

ya ya I like the e715 but after a year of having the phone the color faded.I dont know y that happened as much as I paid 4 the phone that should had not happened. so i called tmobile up and got another phone with the replacement people 4 $35. other wise the phone is good no problems with taking pictures.

Anna I've had this phone for a month .. it's okay. The volume is very low, it has no mp3 or radio, the camera's flash shouldn't even be called flash because it does nothing, and it has no profiles. The phone has a nice size and design, and that's about it!
