Raj I own a Samsung R-220 which had been working fine with Hutch connection in Delhi. However, for the last few months, I have been facing singnificant connectivity problem on the same. Hutch representatives say that the solution is to change the mobile set since this model is incompatible with the recent technology being used by Hutch. However, I haven't been able to find any official confirmation on this. Can anybody help me on this?
ibrahim aminu i have used and enjoyed my handset for 3 years until recently.
it displays ''system failure,contact provider''.
if i replace the sim card with another the handset still gives same message.
my sim card is ok on other handsets.
i must add that there was a splash of rain about 48 hours earlier even though that did not prevent me from making and receiving calls with the vapour still notceable.please advise.

chimz i have a charging problem with my R220 where it heats as i charge. Iam forced to use a universal chrger but i miss a lot of calls during that time.
Anybody with the idea what could be the problem. I love the phone and will be glad to have a response from an expert.

ravi I bought Samsung R220 around 20 months back. The problem which Iam facing now is that the battery backup is not lasting even upto 36 hrs though the talk time is not more than 30mins. Please help me out in this regard.
