phonemaster hey u all whining about ur joystick. i have the solution to ur problem. its sipmle. hold the joystick down with ur thumb and keep rotating it in circles for about 2 minutes. ur prob will be solved
kelly It has a very bad battery backup.Need to improve on that as myself using this phone is causing lot of incovinence due to teh bad battery backup.

<unknown> ive had this phone for about a year and a half now and its never let me down except the occasional thing where my middle button doesnt seem to work but it soon sorts itself out. the picture quality might not look that good on phone but when its on the pc the pics are quite impressive for a VGA camera. theres only a few downfalls to it though that the memory doesnt hold much seen as thought its 12 meg and theres no bluetooth or quality camera. overall 7/10
Rizwan Hi. am using this phone for the past one year it is simply waste of money with in 3 months the joystick was not working and now the software is giving lot of problems the mobile goes off atomatically while talking

Marilyn My daughter has this phone and is using it in Spain. It has been activated for three weeks and she can no longer hear incoming calls. It rings, the caller can hear her but she can not hear who is calling. Volume is all the way up. Any suggestions other than a defective speaker?

andy this phone makes the quality image of sony ericssons name look very poor, it is a good design, however the phone is let down by the poor quality of the control stick, after half a year of using mine the stick is now broken
