peter please help me on how to remove the "drm protection" of this phone, i badly need your help... i bought this fone for its mp3 feature but it seems that its not working,,, please help on solving my problem... :(
Sylvester I had this fone for bout 2 months, the same thing happen to me, the reception. See, i'm in full coverage area, both GSM and 3G, but it seems that i cant get any of those, sometimes... Even if i'm downloading something, the 3g signal would disappeared! freaky! and the download go very slow... T_T
barnabas i believe i'm the only man to own this wonderfull latest hi-tech mobile here in asmara a city in eritra,horn of africa,if u wonder.but i couldn't overcome the little problem i am facing with that PM3 thing.plz any one with good ideas,,can u help me in solving this,,tell me the now-how,..and to tell u something more it's manual is in italian,thanx,,,,,barnabas

althoug i use it for storage since its slow when running media of the card for lets say a screensavor which i have tried using (flash file)
pinkpanther I'm quite disappointed with this model. I was hoping for more, but looks like it's just a cheap model made for vodafone, the processor is okay and so is the menu design, but construction is rather delicate, screws go right into plastic, no metal, flip is highly sensitive, looks like something made on the run with no testing whatsoever.
Very much unlike sonyericsson.
So for now I'll just stick to my latest favourite, S700, until the P990 is in ;)
Camille Weekes i have had dis phone 4 a year now and everything has gone wrong dis phone . i suggest not to buy this phone it is just a loss of money . i have heard that the p910 is agood phone to buy .

1, If i can i erase the voda phone software and use Sony's?

snodger ive just come off the phone talking to sony ericsson customer support, i asked about this drm key missing ( basically you cant use mp3 as ringtones), SE said Vodafone has caused this problem, they have not added this to their software in the phone and that there is no way to correct it. Oh What joy.
